Purpose

Build a foundation for peaceful relations and promote a 2nd Korean Wave through cultural exchanges between Korea and Vietnam, the hub of the Korean Wave in Southeast Asia. Vietnam has recently witnessed the emergence of a Korean Wave, an upswing in international marriages between Koreans and Vietnamese and shares a common Confucian cultural tradition with Korea.
